I went with this case and it arrived on the 15th, the same day as the Kindle Fire. It was packaged well and it fit the Kindle Fire snuggly. On the left side there is a small velcro wedge that fits against the case to secure the device in. It doesn't get in the way at all and it doesn't add weight to the already weighty Kindle Fire. Overall I am very happy I chose this particular case. This cover stands the Kindle nicely on its own (on its side) which the more expensive cover would not(it kept falling). It has a nice magnetic closure (rather than clunky elastic). All in all -- great value for the money. |
